STANDARD SHIPPING

Standard shipments are delivered in the United States only via UPS Ground and will arrive within approximately 5-10 business days. Shipments out of the United States are delivered via US Postal Service only. Postage for out-of-country shipments will vary depending on the destination of the shipment and shipping costs quoted in the Shopping Cart do not apply.

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING

Overnight shipments via the online catalog will be processed the next day if the order is placed after 3 p.m. CST. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Monday. Orders placed on holidays will be shipped on the following work day. Additional shipping costs will be applied according to destination of delivery. Orders for Overnight shipment can be accepted via our toll free number, 1-800-292-2273, 8 a.m. through 3 p.m (CST) Monday through Friday.

SHIPPING and HANDLING COSTS

The standard cost for handing and shipping expense is a minimum of $5.00 per order regardless of the number of items ordered. Shipping costs will be determined by the ship to address that is provided, distance and method of delivery. The shipping cost will be automatically calculated at the time of purchase and will be displayed prior to checkout.

DELIVERY TIME

To help you estimate when a package will be delivered, please take these into consideration:

Credit Card approval and address verification must be received before shipping.

Orders received after 3 p.m. (C.S.T.) will not be processed until the next business day.

RETURN OF MERCHANDISE

Once we have shipped the order, you will not be able to return the merchandise for refund. If you find that the order has arrived late, please refuse the delivery and have the shipper return the merchandise. This will be the only way that we will be able to process a refund of merchandise.
